558 photographers from 43 different countries took part and a total of 4,500 photos were submitted across the six categories.
In December, the five Jury members reviewed all submissions and made their individual pre-selections through an online platform.
706 photos were shortlisted for the final phase, which took place in person in Abbeville on January 23–24.
The award-winning photos, along with an additional selection curated by the Jury, were exhibited in Le Crotoy from April 12 to 20, 2025, during the 34th Festival of Birds and Nature. Find most of these images in the Best-Of Portfolio created by our partner, Nat’Images magazine
1,786 visitors discovered nearly 150 images and voted to award the Audience Prize of the edition.

The Jury was chaired by wildlife photographer Bastien Riu, alongside nature photographers Marc Costermans, Gérard Blondeau, Sandra Michel Berenice, and Frédéric Polvet, journalist for Nat’Images magazine.
